I know. It's funny... but it wasn't.

Ouch, not funny, Sharkie
I recall various incidents involving Fellmouse (who had long wispy hair that she wouldn't let us tie back) getting tangled up in playground equipment and having to be cut free.

It was a bit like that, fleecy. I thought I'd have to chop off a lot more than I did in the end... but there's a lot of hair in the bin today!

Ow, what an unpleasant newt, Sharkie. I hope that there is a different and properly nice one for you today.
My proper one is Guayusa tea, which is apparently a "superleaf" tea that is full of antioxidants. I received a free sample of this last week and tried it today. A milder taste than green tea and fairly pleasant.

Did yoga in the morning rather than last thing at night as is much more my habit. Might make it a double and do a short session tonight too.
Went to the Hackney Lidl on my bike. Not thrilling (in fact it was a bit smelly) but I've never been there before.
Am cooking leg of lamb in treacle, coffee and vinegar. Vaguely new - I generally use shoulder but there were some cheapo pieces in Sains.

You've done so well though, Linds. Perhaps today's newt is Not Having a Newt.
