Nice Easter wreath, makes me smile, I might look for similar locally.

Newt for me - I used the intervals function on my Garmin. Only owned it for 11 years!

And today was because boy3 (inactive 12yo) announced he wants to run a 5k held at his school in June 😀. So i set up 30sec:2min intervals as our first run, might switch to C25k app next week.

Wow loads of great newts today and lovely wreath GM. My newt is that I caught a train from a station I have never been to before (although I have been through it on the train from further along the line!)

My Newt for today is finally getting to run The Ashby Twenty on the third attempt. There have been two cancellations because of covid. Really enjoyed a real race and got a peebee by about 25 minutes!

Walked up to the church to see if the peregrine falcon was around, one was at the top of the spire, very vocal, the other flew in with supper, (not for the first one) then flew off on the hunt again :-)

Most of you know the score. Much in the bizarre way Easter has come to mean Chocolate, Lent is mainly thought of as an opportunity to Give Up Chocolate. At least until Easter. You know what I mean, 'What are you giving up for Lent?' * I say NO to this. Away with the hair shirts and the deprivation. Let's embrace change and the NEW. Spring is a time of renewal - and restoration.

Soooooo..... you don't have to take up indoor sky diving like my partner's 90 year old mot...
