I noticed that some people have moved into the house almost opposite us - not sure if it was actually today or earlier in the week they moved in but I only noticed the lights on today so that will have to be a newt in an otherwise not very newt-y day.

Ooh, found you! I am reading an actual book, as per Linds, and not rushing through it. Today I booked a maintenance appointment with the osteopath in 6 weeks time, and am thinking about what I can improve in that time - when they mature from Intentions into Newts, I'll share!

The cottage we are staying at is 1.5 miles from the town, we walked to meet Velociraptor, eL Bee, Sushi & Synge for dinner (was a lovely evening) and walked back along country roads under starlight, so wonderful to not be surrounded by street and house lights

Fetchfest Splendid night out last night.
I'm in a town I've never stayed overnight in before, and have had olive bread and ham for (first) breakfast rather than cereal because I bought olive bread yesterday and am not going to keep it for best
