That is exciting BBL!

My Newt is going for two bike rides today. We didn’t plan it that way, but the sun nearly came out so we decided to go out again. We had much fun 😁

That's very cool BBL.

I am on a phased return to work, and today turned up to work an afternoon session for the first time (I've been doing mornings until now) only to find it was a training afternoon for the surgery. So I got to do lots of admin instead. Win.

Baroness BL wins Newt of the Day!
For the RDA instructor course :)

I admit, I am biased: I was heavily involved with RDA back in the Netherlands and when still in London. It is such a transformative thing to offer heart

Aww thank you Hann.
It's going to be quite a journey I think. I'll probably have to blog about it rather than do a very long post here but in order to do it I am going to have to join a new group (while still staying involved in my current group) so I'm going to have to manage my time well and perhaps encourage others at my 'home' group to step up a bit more and take on some more responsibility. But it is such a fantastic organisation - the difference we see in the children who ride with us is incredible.

Excellent newting BBL.

I didn’t think I’d have a newt but I had a great climbing session and made some progress with some problems I was working on last week.

About This Thread

Maintained by Sharkie
Most of you know the score. Much in the bizarre way Easter has come to mean Chocolate, Lent is mainly thought of as an opportunity to Give Up Chocolate. At least until Easter. You know what I mean, 'What are you giving up for Lent?' * I say NO to this. Away with the hair shirts and the deprivation. Let's embrace change and the NEW. Spring is a time of renewal - and restoration.

Soooooo..... you don't have to take up indoor sky diving like my partner's 90 year old mot...
