Think the top was from Sports Direct Linds. Is quite old, but I don’t think they change up their stock that often.

My favourite leggings ever for lying around the house in (not for exercise, they are cotton and too thick) are Adidas. They don’t make them any more and I am sad about it (I’ve literally googled the manufacturing number on the label looking for stray pairs. :-) )

I like Adidas generally but they did supply my WORST ever pair of leggings. Adidas use dto come up really small - so it wasn't that they were too big but they kept falling down. Falling down leggings are just one of the worst ever things.

Yes, worse than, er, whatever.

I went up a road I usually come down. It was like a new route. This may say more about my sense of direction than anything :-)

Have just re-read yesterday’s posts and my choice for newt of the day is Rosehip’s half marathon. Great achievement and she sounded so chuffed about it too :)

Aww thanks Woo :) It has been such a long time, I was as much relieved as pleased!

I don't think I have a newt today yet, I seem to have spent most of the day catching up with hhousework

Oh Dipps I hope thinking of me didn’t ruin the experience :) Those lights are great.

Not a newt for me but Ernie has been to the groomer and is like a newt dog. I took him to the beach immediately so he’s more like himself already.

It is really adding to my enjoyment HP :-) I am not naturally a particularly positive person so these declarations of positivity are both amusing and good for me

Dipps - I hope you realise you ran 22 miles within a week. That really is quite substantial.

About This Thread

starblackheartstar The sixth running of Do a New Thing for Spring starblackheartstar

Lent has a special and specific meaning to Christians but has become an secular season of denial and hair shirting that serves no positve purpose. No chocolate, no booze, no -er - other stuff.

Why not treat the build up to Easter - as a chance to celebrate and embrace NEW THINGS - that's what spring is about after all.

The first few pages of the thread give more ideas.
