It will be reconsidered in Holyrood, amended and then will be passed successfully. Supreme Court even said they were not disagreeing with the substance of the bills. Well intended legislation that all MSPs supported but ultimately was legislation that was not possible for Holyrood to pass. It appears that Holyrood were aware of this and went ahead anyway and now we have all sides trying to claim some kind of a moral high ground which could all have been avoided.

I'm choosing to complain about it, but to try and be relaxed about it, because in the last few years, he hasn't changed his approach.
