It’s Squeeky bum time. I am number 144 (top number in my high school times table which is a good omen - right). Currently Feeling a niggle in my foot and a thumping in my chest so all good.

Enjoy the race everyone. Good news that you are able to run David. It's a very sociable race and I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Some nice bits of countryside as you get out past Milltimber. Have fun.

Hya 🙂G yes I am, along with shanksi, M1nty, MikeR, Knoxy, Ray, Neil, and another man who I don't know and always forget his name. So 8 left from the original race.
The way was a slushy mess at Garthdee yesterday but I presume it will all be gone by Saturday. Hopefully it will not be pouring with rain this year.

Crikey, our Caledonian Sleeper train pulled into Aberdeen Station two minutes early this morning.
Mrs. 12bar & I went for a very gentle jog this afternoon & found Duthie Park & the old railway line.
A leisurely stroll around the glasshouses was followed by tea for two in the cafe. Very civilised.
Right, now I know where I’m going, see you all on Saturday.
