Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Must be nice to have a job which allows you to watch the cricket all day Fetch ;-)

Still got a horrible feeling that it's all going to go wrong, 150 all out and a loss by 5 wickets. Guess that's just what comes with experience.

Blimey, England's batsmen on the attack now. Even if England only make 200, we'd still be favourites to win this, so the game could go away from the aussies very quickly with a few more overs of this.

They don't have the better of Lyon yet. It's spinning lots though - so Moeen will have a good day on Sunday hopefully.

Fabulous catch from Clarke - diving full length at slip, real fingertip stuff.

England 263 ahead with 7 wickets left; really going to take something special for the Aussies to win from here.

Interesting to see where Joe Root is in the all-time England batting averages - he's right up there with Len Hutton, Wally Hammond, Jack Hobbs etc. Let's hope he can up his average a bit more today.

Rhino retired, Starc limping, Johnson wicketless, Haddin looking old, Watson LBW, Jimmy making it talk, Broad looking renewed, crucial wickets for Ali, lead over 260 on a pitch deteriorating, 7 wickets remaining including the main biffers to come.

I';m struggling to put out the usual pessimistic line here....help!

We're not going to blow this are we? (eg bat too long, dodgy weather sunday.....;-))
