Anyone know how the quarter final line up is determined? Is it 1st in A vs 4th in B, 2nd in A vs 3rd in B etc?

And they should be building for the future anyway, not bringing back the old guard. I think Broad is on the decline now. He doesn't seem to have developed any intelligence to his bowling as he's got older, and everyone has worked out that if you can annoy him he'll ditch whatever plan he's supposed to be following and dig it in short, and then it's fill your boots time.
