Bell, Moeen and Root had given us an excellent start, but it needed a spectacular slog from Buttler or Broad or Woakes or Bopara (or Finn, I'm not proud!) That's possibly as good a side as we could pick at the moment.

Letting India get 35 for the last wicket instead of turning the screw, collapsing to 5 for bugger all, then losing those two right at the end. Amazing stand by Taylor and Buttler, though. So that's us in the final and India with only a couple of points from a washout to show for their matches.
