Strikes me England don’t know their best team and perhaps never play the best 11, which can’t help.

Another mistake they have made is not giving Leach and Bess game time, a decent spinner will save a fast bowler the 'management' cannot know and therefore cannot have confidence in Leach or Bess.

Rotation is they're all fit, they're all capable of playing well, this is an admission that this is not the case with the English bowlers. Anderson is England's best every bowler, but he is not playing in the test that has decided the course of the series for the last 40 years, yet he is not playing. It also looks like a mistake to me, given the weather.
