We'll need to bat for an hour tomorrow morning, you would think, to get a 300 lead.

They're keen on a second new ball: 90 overs in the day, minus 2 for change of innings. Continuing to bat for 5 overs gives us 3 with a second new ball. Will be an interesting first half hour.

98 overs tomorrow to account for the lost overs on day 3. So batting for 11 overs will leave WI to bat 5 overs with the new ball. Optimistically I'd Eng can bat at 5 an over for 11 overs to take England to 274. Windies would need 3.2 runs and over to win off 85 overs. I suspect Root will want a few more. England to bat for an hour tomorrow I think.
