Bazoaxe l would guess assume that they are liquids (or at least get the liquid part out separately) and then ask at security, if it is it'll only amount to about 15ml...

Fields - how about buying stuff that you'll want to take on holiday too? Extra coffee, loo roll, a few tins or packets? Alternatively could you not ask a neighbour to get you a few things? Or ask for help on the local FB page? People don't have to help but I find lots like to if they can - it's the asking that's the difficult bit. If you have a local shop you use you could call them, explain the situation and they may deliver what you need? Write down/make a note in your phone when you take the paracetamol.

Seems to be a rise of Covid around us. Rellies, work colleagues, friends. Think i will restart the mask wearing in supermarkets.
