Until fairly recently there have been very few cases recorded in western isles, Orkney and Shetland. There has been an outbreak on Barra and an outbreak linked to a hotel in Orkney, they have been in level 3 restrictions.

People who *must* go to work are going by car not bus or train. Public transport is empty round here, presumably because they are going in by car (which is good from CV19 point of view, but bad for the environment).

Also in Stornoway hospital UC - patients and staff, now up to 10 (which in a small place is a lot). The hospital is now full / "at capacity" we're told.
