Tonight I may try to count my contiguous zones. I think they were 5297 at the end of last year, so 5302 today, out of a total of 6811. All running, as I never tire of pointing out.

Not that I made a habit of running in distant places in those days, only when staying with people or on the odd business trip.

Could have spent the afternoon on the sofa but two unexplored zones were crying out to be bagged. Combined car/train trip and 1.5 hours of walking and they are done. Conquercise does help to get you out and about... 11 new zones this year so far.

I don't bike a huge amount but have a few long days logged in Scotland and Nova Scotia where I've not run.
