Perhaps we could get estate agents to include it on their house schedules. 3 bedroom semi with garden, in close proximity to average OFSTED rated primary school, aldi convenience stores, tube and rail station, high crime rate but excellent Conquersize prospects and only Fetchies in the village and surrounding area.
