Nairn's a bit beyond my remit these days. It is lovely down there though.

Nairn is great running territory IT. I found Caithness a wee bit windy!

After a wee trip to Chamonix and Geneva I have taken control of CERN. The quarks are on me.

Control of CERN! If we disappear down a black hole, we'll know who to blame ;-).
I'm having a battle over a zone. This is unusual as since very few people come to the Badlands were I am I have crushing superiority over several zones (Home zone: 244 vs 1). But someone is skimming past the next village on their bike (possibly commuting). Cycled over tonight and we are tied on 42 each. I've just noticed the next zone is 41 each. I may have to go over for a run.

I was the only visitor to some of the zones round CERN for a couple of years, we went there for an open weekend and it was easier to jog a few k between sites than to take the free buses.

Dvorak, it is indeed a commuter. Going along the canal fairly frequently recently. I've also just nicked one from you and aiming for another.

Gah! It's WAR!!
I went the other way yesterday and regained Throsk. It was actually a rather extended stay in Throsk, hiding from the rain in a bus shelter for half an hour.
And I claimed a completely unexplored zone last week by walking way, way upcountry.

My week cycling in the alps has bagged me several hundred new zones and shot me up the leaderboard to nosebleed status:)
