Probably best anyway: I mucked up the warm-up (I had a 3.5 mile route to get the zones I wanted and omitted to work out that I had to go from the end of that to the start of parkrun so my 3.5 mile warm up was 4.5 by the end and that meant I was on the cusp to get going) and the course was too inviting not to attack so a hard run and then out of breath at the end and decided to jog back and not rest in case the legs seized up. The parkrun there is a very brave course: it fits it as a one lap perfectly but has to pop out onto the public path at the end. I can guess there was pressure to keep in in the park but that would mean more twists and turns ort more laps.

For those who do not know, it’s a virtual reality bike thing where you ride on a static bike but go around the ‘real’ world and it logs a pretend GPS log. I see some people posting on ~~strava~~ on Zwift London rides and think that they shouldn’t be allowed on Conquercise as in reality they’re probably in garage in Rochdale.

All the activities within the zone on this remote Pacific island are associated with Zwift: fetcheveryone.com/game-conq-zone.php?id=1059632 The site also uses courses through London which will of course effect the scores of some important zones!
