What a night, it was amazing. The noise on the last couple of laps was incredible :) KJT was brilliant too, esp her reaction to the big javelin.

Watching the diving, the Sri Lankan diver seriously messed up and belly-flopped into the water Like the commentator said, luckily it was the 1m springboard and not higher.

Some of the divers are hitting the end of the board so hard it’s dipping into the water 😳

I really do like the diving. I don't know how they keep it together under pressure. I still can't work out whats a decent dive, unless I see the replay.

Thought the Chinese bloke that the Aussies have adopted is a bit dodgy.

Went to athletics session this morning, enjoyed it much more than the wiff waff. Stadium had a great atmosphere, crowd were really up for it. Couldn’t understand why no home nations in the 4x400 mens relays?

Not much strength in depth in SM400 right now across the home nations. And certainly not once you divvy up Scotland and England. Women's is better - they managed a 4 x4 team in Eugene.
