Huge inflatable festive dinosaur at the front of a house in Maryport this afternoon. I'll try to get a pic before some hoodlum puts an air gun pellet in it.

At the local garden centre today for bird seed. And they have all their Xmas trees. One delivery, 400ish, no more deliveries.
So I’ll probably go back and buy one on Monday - at least there should still be a good choice and will probably keep better in a bucket of water in my garage than stacked in a net in the garden centre.

More tress up down our road, and Father Christmas appears to have left his clothes hanging on a washing line on someone's fence.

Christmas tree now bought, as per above post. In a bucket in the garage for the next 3 weeks of it's life.

Lemonade instead of water was recommended/ Any ideas why?
So far ignoring that as it may tempt ants, mice etc into the garage?

Outside lights are now up. some furniture rearragements and a trip to the dump have been made in readyness for indoor decorations which wont happen quite yet

We have our first local house decorated…. Spotted on our walk into town last night.
