I had to advise a patient last week- no mince pies, no Christmas pud, no Christmas cake. All because of the pesky dried fruit. I thought at the time I wouldn't mind that directive! Sponge cake and chocolate mousse is fine for me!

I am expecting raised eyebrows at the very least that I'm not serving the sort of Christmas Dinner (Lunch) that my mother has always served.... but..... nobody will go hungry.
