Just me and Jan first thing Christmas day. I'll go and pick up MIL later in the morning (she'll go home by taxi 'just in case' I have a few too many drinks :-)). Daughter and her boyfriend will pop over before lunch and then stay overnight.

We will have a sort of Floating Flash Crowd over Christmas.
Us 2 to IoW week before - pre-Christmas with Mum & Sister.
Returning on Christmas Eve's Eve, via Surrey to visit youngest son & DiL, with Eldest Toddler and Crawler for "dinner". (
Home in time for bed, and then on Christmas Eve middle child & her fiance, and their rapidly growing wolf (Alsatian) "puppy" arrive overnight.
Christmas morning with the wolf & owners, Church, then all decamp (minus wolf) to eldest's house where we will eat starters with the four of them (although youngest grandchild is will be drinking hers, and thte toddler will probably be eating mine!).
Retire home to send the wolf-people on their way to the out-laws, then receive the locals back in time for main course.
Then the Queen and probably Call the Midwife (the TV programme, we'll already have a 1 month old baby in the house.).
Send eldest and his wife and 2 daughters home.
Tidy up as much of the chaos as we can bear.
Collapse.
Sleep.
Boxing day - a walk for 2 by the sea, all being equal!
27th - Surrey Family arrive for "Christmas 2, the Sequel".....
(See Christmas day for details! Substitute The Snowman for TV progs!)
I think they are going home before New Years' Eve!!
It'll all be fine :-s
