Do I need to pitch up mega early to get in a start pen? I'm 1.2 miles from the racecourse so planned on easy jog over.

I slotted into the pen about 10mins before 2 years ago. It's not usually difficult to get in I don't think, we're all quite polite around here!

I will be one of the Race Angels on the hill at mile 24 again this year - will probably have my Fetch cap on and will keep an eye open for Fetch shirts

As much as anyone can be looking forward to a hill at 24 miles into a marathon, I'll be looking forward to seeing you there again AL!

Are you personally escorting every Fetchie up Sandy Lane AL?! It was a real pleasure to meet you and very kind of you to drag me up!
Good luck everyone at Chester. It's a fab event - well organised, great course and scenery, terrific support in villages along the way and a great welcome and atmosphere in Chester town itself. And very much PB-able, btw! G
