Ooh I wonder if mine will be there when I get home later :).

Last 'hard' run today - a work 10k race which is a part of a series. My sensible head plan is to run the first 2m as a warm up then gear up to tempo pace for the last 4 and a bit miles. But whether I will be that disciplined will remain to be seen... At least the first mile has a steep hill so that will naturally slow me down!

I've got mine - for the Metric - we start an hour behind you lot but re-combine for the last stretch of the course :)

That's not good Baz :( Hope it's not serious. You can always check the entrance list to make sure you're there? Lots of numbers do seem to have arrived judging by Facebook.

If you entered within a few weeks of the race, they make you collect the number etc. from registration, rather than posting it out.

On facebook, they've written that if you don't get your pack by Monday 28th, please email lindaw@chestermarathon.co.uk

I entered months ago, but will wait until the 28th...not really worried, sure I can pick it up on the day - organisation last year was pretty good.

My Achilles has got really sore over the past couple of days. Not the ankle I injured in August though, my other one, so im a bit worried. Got a hockey match on Sat as well which I didnt want to play but as a club we literally don't have any other players available and im the captain of the team so have to. Taper madness will be extreme tomorrow.
