Roberto Jul 2015 11:39am, 11 Jul 2015 438 posts	0 Roberto Good to hear people are getting the miles in. Istarted my training plan a few weeks early and its going well. Ran 5k and 10k pbs. Will be doing about 70 miles by end of this week which is highest mileage ive ever done in a week so pushing hard. Quite excited about the race now.
Autumnleaves Jul 2015 12:12pm, 11 Jul 2015 6,411 posts	0 Autumnleaves That's brilliant Roberto! I have a long tempo run on the plan tomorrow - 8 miles in total with the middle 6 at tempo pace. I've never done more than 3 as a chunk so I feel a bit nervous!

Still early in the training as well so got plenty of time to train still. 18 miles trail running for me tomorrow. Legs are tired today and I still have another run to fit in this evening, so may be tough tomorrow.
