Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

If it shows the connections, then perhaps it could also show your times - so you'd have an idea of which were ripe for improving.

Yep, that sounds good. Some of my connections are really slow as I take a very indirect route between the 2 points so it would be good to understand which ones they are.

Cheers

When I look at a checkpoint pair through clicking on the link in Mr Fetch's fmail it says I have got some points. But when I look at the local leaderboard it says I have zero points (from about 6 connections).

Anyone any ideas why?

I'm in Anchorage for work today, and now have some checkpoint markers there. Did they self-generate? I can't imagine Fetch mapped the whole world, and when I type some other foreign places where I know I've logged runs in the past (but before checkpointing became a thing), the map stays stuck on my home area.

Paris and Barcelona, both of which have had marathons since checkpointing began also have (loads of) checkpoints.

DS, my last run said I had new connections, but I don't seem to have added any additional ones on the Leaderboard.

I've had the same issue with runs which had new connections but didn't move on the leaderboard

Hiya folks - I'm concentrating on Fetchpoint at the moment - but if you can do me some feedback with specifics, that'd be good. Ta.

I've had a bit of time to fiddle about with it, and so the system should be a lot better about crediting your points now. Have a look, and send me feedback if you've got any issues. Ta.

Hi fetch,

is this from this point onwards or did you do some retrospective stuff?

I've retro-fixed all the ones that hadn't registered any points, but there might be some non-zero ones that won't be right until they are next run through. Drop me some FB if you see any discrepancies.
