WA Jul 2020 4:58pm, 8 Jul 2020 7,192 posts	0 WA Oh this was my poll! I've never considered lying everyday cutlery flat across the top. I always put blades and tines down- stabbed myself once too often on a random upturned blade. The sharp ones do go flat separately in the top layer though.
