I've just checked. We do have one of those top level trays. What do you use the baskets for then Sigh?

Sigh
Our old dishwasher used to have a basket, but the door hinges broke a couple of months ago. It was very old (2003) and didn't owe us anything. When the new one arrived I thought they'd forgotten to provide a basket - then I read the instructions and found the top level cutlery tray

If you put tines down, then the fork can slip down through the basket a couple of inches. The resulting helicopter blade crashing/thumping is not pleasant.
Tines up and all knives down here.

Haircuts today (thanks Linds!)
I was actually contacted by Rachel, my hairdresser, via FB Messenger, on 5th June, offering me an appointment on the second day they opened (5th July). Mind you, we've been customers of hers for 17 years!

I've been buzzing my own hair for a couple of years now anyway - not an option the poll allowed though.

Oops. Sorry Stander. DIY one during lockdown fits closest, I guess.

I actually want to know because I'm not sure I want to take the risk. I don't need to go to the office until Jan, so no real need other than that it gets in the way.
