In fact they often muck things up that stay the same as well If I had already entered I would be worried Like the year the originally advertised grandstand finish disappeared off the website and then a new finish with no spectators was announced. Oh and the large TV screen to show the finish for spectators didnt work due to either the weather or a fox chewing the cable.
