I agree with Dvorak's comment that Marlinspike looks like a wildcat!

My parents in Canada used to have a bunch of fairly feral cats visiting the kitchen windowsill years ago. They would eat food left on the patio but never allowed any of us to get close to them. I'll see if I can locate a photo of them from back then.

Well done, Marlinspike! :-)

Hester is normally fine with Whiskas and Felix but will occasionally turn her nose up it. She likes some posher food when she gets it for Christmas but there's other posh stuff that she won't eat at all. What she is v definite about is jelly not gravy! She gets Purina dry food as well for her teeth.

Our foster kittens get mostly felix pouches and are grateful for it.

A fussy cat is a hungry cat and doesn’t stay fussy for long IME.

Marlinspike gets Whiskas pouches and when he was inside was only eating fish-based ones. Now he goes outside he is a LOT hungrier and would possibly eat other flavours.

Chadwick is so hungry all the time I think she'd eat me if I stood still too long.

My cats are fussy wee bastards. Have to change the wet food for Meg regularly & Gino only likes mostly dry food. They do however get chicken & fish sometimes.

The fish mannie fae Pittenweem keeps salmon for them too.

Jda - I agree! I was told that Tilly didn't eat dry food but that was because she had dry down all the time and also got pouches. She now happily eats dry (but prefers the pouches)

We make our cat food (ground chicken) and they get occasional sachets, dried (Royal Canin) and tuna as treats. They were also getting chicken drumsticks but Buddy was getting too fat as she ate all the skin!
