sallykate Dec 2023 9:30am, 5 Dec 2023 12,788 posts	0 sallykate I give tuna in water to the cats as an occasional treat. There's probably a bit of salt in there, but I only give them a teaspoon of tuna at a time, and you could always drain & rinse it if you were concerned about that.
