Eek - 'my' thread! Thought I recognised the title. Am considering whether I can sensibly fit it in. I do like to keep up with the actual 30 days even if that occasionally means two sessions in a day. I would agree it's not absolutely necessary but it's kind of nice and extra encouraging to have other Fetches round and about the same place. |

There are at least two other ongoing yoga threads great for those who don't want to commit to a 30 day thing (or an Adrienne thing come to that!) fetcheveryone.com/forum/the-yoga-every-well-some-days-thread-60099/ fetcheveryone.com/forum/yoga-thread-to-compare-experiences-and-get-advice-3914/ |

I am definitely in for this again - 3rd year. 1st year I finished it in June, the 2nd year in May so hoping to improve on that in 2022 as I really would like yoga to be a more regular thing (I love yoga so not sure why I find it such a struggle to fit it in!) |

Sharkie obviously don't want to distract from the point of this thread. I have started a couple of years with good intentions and never quite made it through the month (I don't usually manage to run every day either, work gets in the way, leaving aside whether I think long streaks are a good idea); that said, even the starts have been good for me in that I've done more sessions, learned more about structuring a session & more poses that flow well together. LindsD how near are you to finishing? I have 9 left I think and aim to complete this month so I can take a clear run at January with a more regular yoga habit in place.

Badger I think similar but I haven't done any since about May. I'm going to start afresh with the new 30 day I think, though I may try and do some targeted at specific areas before that. |

Badger- was certainly not getting anyone, trying to be helpful more like. I am pretty anti streaks of most varieties but think at least attempting (which is what you were doing) to keep up for just a month is ok. The finite nature makes it more do-able I reckon.

Considering doing 29 days of yoga actually... regular 30 dayers might guess why. Perhaps I should start a separate thread |
