Service affected: Microsoft Azure Information Protection (AIP).
Incident start time:
9am IST.
Reason for notice:
A communication was issued yesterday advising of the rollout of the Microsoft Azure information protection software. We have had reports that for some people this software is causing issues.
Please note: this software will shortly be removed from all PCs.
Impact:
Outlook performance issues and problems issuing office documents.
Colleagues affected:
All colleagues
Next steps/Resolution:
This software is being removed from all PCs.
