Hello all, I am down to do GNR but currently out with a plantar fasciitis/achillies problem so I'm afraid its looking dodgy whether I'll make it - gutted if thats the case as it happens my pal who is running with me is also injured so we'll either defer or hobble together, between us we should have a pair of working legs lol.
Has anyone had any post from GNR yet? Reason I ask is I moved house last year, duly informed them & I'm sure I got an email to confirm this but so far had nothing - previous years they've sent out magazines?
Good luck to you all for your training & I'll keep popping by to check on your progress (and hopefully I'll join you at the start line!!)

Notice the timing chip is the shoe-version this year. First time they tried it at the Edinburgh 10k last year it was a disaster, but it seemed to work well this year. Still always end up looking at my shoe to see if it`s still there!

Hope it comes with good instructions. Do you just tie it on your laces?
