I quite like the t-shirt. But agree the text could be bigger. I hated the medal to begin with but have grown to like the donut

Medal I like.
Top I’ve already covered.
Finishers swag; quite poor.
Maybe it was a conscious decision to go light so that people would spend in the finishers village - looked like plenty of concessions in there and perhaps for LM cost saving on finishers is the trade off on getting more concessions in to plug funding?
Also would’ve much preferred the finishing stuff in a bag. So annoying to have to try and carry everything.
Just throw it all in a small paper bag and hand them out as one.
Minor quibbles

I thought there were far fewer concessions than previously. And yes carrying everything when I could barely even walk was awkward.

I don't know why, but having several people hand you finishers' goodies really doesn't make sense. Yet it's been like that for as long as I remember.
Who knows. Next year we might follow their flagship event and be given everything in a bag with a one size fits all finishers' shirt.

Odd. The few times I’ve done Great Run events in Bristol they’ve handed you a bag at the end. And those were 10ks, so even less time to prepare everything for the 10000 finishers.
T-shirts just as you finished same as Brighton but medal and bag handed over.

You didn't miss much!
Filling goody bags takes a long time as does emptying the left over ones afterwards (don't ask me how I know!) but they could give a bag to fill yourself.

Survey completed. Can't really complain about the event generally. Just a few comments about certain aspects of the course which could be improved up - if feasible.

I was quite happy with the level of "goodies" handed over at Brighton on Sunday. I'm not a great fan of big goody bags, as normally it's a lot of crap that gets chucked away. I opted out of the T shirt, and went for the planting a tree option.
Quite enjoyed the Saint beer on the beach. I got handed a free can just after the finish.
