I rather like Dick Francis. Formulaic, sure, but well played out each time and a good entertaining non-strenous read. The Reality Dysfunction, on the other hand, was the book that made me say 'no more Hamilton' and mean it.

The Dick Francis are quite enjoyable, and well done, but very similar, especially the male protagonist in each one.

McG - The man I was sitting next to on the train this morning was reading The Ministry of Fear, and I wanted to ask him how he was liking it but, being English and all that, I didn't. When are you going to read it so I can ask you?
