Finally finished Hangsaman, will review shortly. Haven't been to pick up Appliance yet so in the meantime I'm continuing my Josephine Tey collection. Now onto The Franchise Affair which I last read as a teenager :-)

@Night-owl I got the Inspector Grant series on Kindle for a ridiculously low price and I think there are 6 books in it. I've enjoyed the ones I've read so far, she's got a nice writing style and they are interestingly told from different viewpoints.

@Chrisull I'm waiting for the paperback :-)

I couldn't wait, I went for e-book. So far it's gripping (after a slightly disconcerting start), has some of the eerie otherness of the first book.

I read Annihilation on Friday/Saturday after I read a recommendation by Kelly Link on BlueSky, and immediately bought the next 2 on Kindle. Finished Authority last night and about to start Acceptance. Loving them.
