re bike brands being common as dogs at races, i'm thinking of applying the same rule to trainers. All my asics, comfy as they are, will be binned and i shall be running in Converse All Star flats.

There's something slightly 'vulgar' about a whole row of P2Cs - or PX Stealths for that matter. And I empathise re Asics.
