Chop them and freeze them in bags - then use them over the next few months in cake if you don't want a load all at once! Make pancakes with some? Blitz some oats to a fine flour, add bananas and egg and mix again. Daughter likes those sometimes. |

Good call! Or blitz them from frozen with Greek yogurt and fruit to make a sort of false ice cream.

can't have too many ripe bananas. As Sallykate says, chop and freeze (just mark the weight on each tub). They keep for ages and you can make banana bread/muffins whenever you want. I have recipes for choc banana bread, banana and date, banana peanut butter - there are loads of variations.
