Here you are Welsh Poppy, good luck let us know how it goes! domesticgothess.com Mrs TRO is a huge marizpan fan, so I doubled the amount of marzipan, hence my cake is completely covered and I also put cubes of marzipan in cake the mixture as well as the layer through the middle. |

That looks lovely  I think I have a block of marzipan leftover from Christmas.. wonders why the recipe says vegan "butter" but not vegan marzipan - does marzipan not have eggs in it? |
