Afraid not, West Mids Fire have a strange and long winded procurement process where everything takes longer than it should for twice the price! 🙄

It's fine, I have more than enough at home. I'm aware that a work gym, let alone being allowed to use it whilst being paid, is a complete luxury.

5x5x100k on the squat today, and the final set was tough. Went up to 110 too early I think, and have now got my technique back on track. Loving the weighted sled too

Sh1t Mac! I can barely deadlift 100kg. Well done, and good decision to keep the technique as a focus.

I was slightly concerned that I was getting nods from the gang of hillbillies who lift the silly weights, while shouting at each other. Perhaps I should back off a bit.

Best just to nod back and then wear a set of blinkers when next in the gym.

Deadlifts today but with a niggle in my lower back from a job the other day so worked up to 120kg for 3x10 but left it at 6 reps on the final set as I started tightening up. Annoyingly, no issues throughout the rest of the session.

First weights session after my holiday and I clocked a 53.5kg power clean for 5 so I'm happy with that.

Otherwise it was bloody hard and I'm bloody knackered! I don't like it (today at least) but it's a necessary evil.

^Impressive, Gooner. I think Mr Ness' deadlifts are about that level. Maybe 125kg. I'm a novice in comparison. I'm hoping to build up to reps of my body weight equivalent. Currently doing 3 sets of 8 reps at 57kgs so nearly there.
