83.5% for my squat. 63% Bench. 135% for Deadlift. 42% strict Overhead Press.62% for a power clean.
My boys keep telling me I'm far too cautious with my increases so I'm not making the "Gainz" I could but I'm fine with making slow progress and not getting injured. I don't have a spotter either so confidence, particularly on Squat and Bench, is not high if I push things on.
Need to be careful with Cleans as bad technique can rally eff your back up. I have OK rather than good technique but it certainly deteriorates if I push the weight up too quickly. Good for power generation on the rower though.
