I have a towel and sponge bag left at work (swap the towel sometimes, obviously!), and I generally take in my clothes the day before if I know I'm running. The other easy thing to do is to walk to work, take your running kit in the rucksack and then run home - no need for a shower, and you can always leave your stuff at work to be carried home another day.

Annoyingly I can't leave stuff at work because work is some distance beyond the gym where I have my shower now. And one of the main reasons for running is to avoid the tube. It's a nearly-five mile commute, so not really walkable. I do bike occasionally though. Hmmm. Maybe I just need to buy a LOT more pant and bras...

Oddly, I *did* think about that... it's probably being married to you that's done it. I realised that a microwave would probably shrink my merino pants and my bra clasps would cause sparks... not best if I don't want to draw attention to myself and my underwear!

Oh, I'm sorry lammo... commando just ain't my style. And that still doesn't solve the bra issues. There's no way I can let these puppies roam free.
