Perfect Organism
I downloaded that to my phone but it's just been sitting there, unused. Is it good? And just exactly how free to play is it? What's the general gist of the game?

PE - It';sa tactical game, basically a weapon triangle, red beats green, which beats blue, which beats red. There are archers and magic in there as well but that's the gist of it. It's totally f-2-p really. Basically the more missions you win the more orbs you get. The more orbs you have the more "summons" you can do, which gives you new characters to use. You can fast track your orb collection by buying them, or just stick as a free player. Unless you are bothered by top end pvp (which is full of Korean whales anyway who plowed hundreds of dollars into the game and have 4 x the best characters) then you don't need to spend a dime. |

Ooh! Did you go with Zelda? What's the best price you've found so far?

Zelda arriving today as a mate had two sent to him by mistake. Which helps me out! Nintendo products don't tend to drop in price much, if ever. Bit like Apple stuff. gameseek messed up their pricing and therefore honoured a price of under £200 but everywhere else, if you can get hold of one, is likely to be the £279.99 price. Some places are then giving a deal on a game, knocking £20 off maybe, but that's the best I have seen. They are like gold dust around here (Woking) though. I had been thinking about getting one for a while, and that increased when I saw the Zelda reviews and my Twitter feed became full of people saying how much they loved it. I had £80 on my Nectar card so could only get it at Argos. Had a stockinformer alert on all weekend and literally the second any depots in the south had one, they were snapped up. So I had given up, Very had said no stock until April, apparently Amazon are struggling to get any more. I walked into my local Sainsburys to get some lunch yesterday and there were boxes of Switches SO I used my Nectar points there. |

Nice one. My boy has a wedge of cash burning a hole in his money box - and he's tempted. Would be nice to see a wider array of games though - and I do think he's driven by YouTuber videos.

Yeah, 1-2 Switch looks allright but really, really should have been in the box like WiiSports was. From all accounts Zelda is brilliant. Great if you like Zelda games but even people I know who don't normally like the series absolutely love it. But outside of that it's pretty shallow in terms of games. Bomberman I hear is just OK, though Snipperclips is getting some love: nintendo.co.uk Basically though its Zelda until MarioKart and Splitoon come out in a month or so. Then Mario in like September or something. Thankfully, with a newborn, I shallow launch line-up is actually fine by me! |

It does look like fun Look out for that moment when HB2.0 masters their first "jump over a gap" in a platform game. For us, it was Pacman World on PS2 On the weekend, we wound the clock back just a bit, and did some Minecraft survival mode. I was in charge of mining, and the boy did farming and adding floors to our house. It was awesome! |
