I liked Tomb Raider Go, bizarrely. Really liked it. Monument Valley, too. Guess they both fall under 'tactics games'.
Also loved Alto's Adventure - which I 'finished' even though it's an endless runner. Ditto Smash Hit.

Which brings us neatly on to Wayward Souls...

Yeah I liked them both a lot, was easy to control them with the step-by-step method that they used. I haven't played the others you mention though. FE: Heroes and Gems takes up the little time I use on gaming (mainly as they can both be played using one hand whilst getting the boy off to sleep.)

You can certainly play Alto's Adventure one hand. It's charming, really charming.

Smash Hit is quality, I'll often pop on for a quick go on that.
But my life is consumed by Marvel's Contest of Champions.

I 'finished' Smash Hit. The sequel, the pinball thing, also. Not as good.

Still playing Zelda a huge amount. It is such a brilliant, brilliant game. My wife has taken over the Switch at times to play Snipperclips with her folks as well, a pretty rare thing for her.
I have Alto and Smash hit installed but haven't touched them as yet.

I recently downloaded Alien Path (from the makers of the quite wonderful but tough as nails Alien Hive). Nice game, pretends to be a simple little puzzle game, has a nice bit of depth to get the cogs turning without being too difficult.

Either of you play Downwell? Diverting, but nothing like as good as the reviews suggested (IMO)
