I’m rubbish with tech but have found the Health App in my phone and it’s been recording what I’ve been doing without me realising. Tues 27 no activity - I was in HDU in St James in Leeds

Well done Lizzie for starting your walking group, my left knee has told me that running is no fun anymore so walking it is now for a while, a change of pace but still out in the fresh air & some new challenges await

Lots of dog walks here. I do 2-3 miles each evening and longer at the weekend. We’re doing west highland way in May so need to up mileage again. We did loads of training over summer as we were supposed to do it in October. It’s been difficult to get the miles in over winter.

Longest walking day for a long time here. 13 km out and back on a marathon route (6km walk-jog back as I'd mistimed things) and a further near 6km of trail, hill and glen. The latter being unwittingly round about an incident where someone had fallen onto rocks in a gorge and ambulance, fire, police, mountain rescue and a helicopter were all involved.
