I was trying to manage a meeting in London on crutches. It didn’t go well. I can’t remember all the details now except I arrived for work really late and ended up chatting to colleagues so barely got any work done then I was heading back to the tube but got lost. There was an incident when a mother and son tried to rob me and then were harassing me and I couldn’t get away in time because of the crutches. A young man rescued me and they started on him. I felt guilty that I left but he seemed to be coping ok. Then my tube ticket didn’t work. I showed the receipt to the guard (for some reason this was a photocopy of a cheque from my mum!) as the ticket I was trying to use was wrong. Then I was trying to navigate stairs in an unfamiliar tube station which I’d ended up in when I got lost. I’m not sure if I found a lift although I was in a lift briefly when lost with another crutch user. I woke up having taken off (totally inappropriate for crutches) shoes and socks during a conversation with the guard and some fellow passengers.
[Not entirely out of the blue dream as I am currently on crutches having broken my foot and was looking at the viability of a train journey for work. This has put me off!]

I was organising a quiz night and it was being judged by three of the Strictly judges (the quiz is this Friday and we went to the Strictly Tour a week ago). Around the room was a small train like what you would see at a children's theme park.
I took my mic from the room and I was in the reception area of a care home (my father-in-law is in one). No-one seemed to be bothered and I was concerned that there was no video link from were I was to the quiz venue.

I dreamt about an old boss last night. She’s still working in the sector and every now and then we coincide. I can’t stand her. In the dream I was in a meeting with her and a couple of other women. None of us knew each other and the meeting was held across several rooms in what looked like a disheveled hotel. I also had no idea what she was talking about, although that wasn’t unusual with her! We suggested a move upstairs to a meeting room. She said she’d been told the meeting room was half full of leaves but we agreed to try. We made our way upstairs and I reminisced about the old boss having a heart attack and me carrying her up these stairs on a stretcher across a massive gap in the stairs! Fortunately I woke up before the meeting commenced.

Lots of videoed things and online meetings in my dream but the end was particularly horrible - we were videoing a game with the cats - moving objects in a bowl, trying to keep them entertained. This morphed into the humans playing with what became live animals to demonstrate the cat game. Then there was a snake in the bowl and it was trying to bite my colleague so she demonstrated how to break its teeth. It was horrible and I said she should just kill it.

My wife and I were invited to attend Freddie Mercury's funeral. We saw the other members of Queen and Anita Dobson (Brian May's wife). John Deacon had curly orange hair! We were chauffeured around but we never saw a hearse or the coffin.
Prior to the service, we stopped and were shown a large table with hundreds of pizzas and pizza slices and was told that this was where the wake was. Mr Bean was in charge and was looking to start eating a pizza long before it was acceptable.
We thought about getting the band's autographs on the order of service we were holding but decided against it as it was probably inappropriate.

I have a recurring dream (not the same dream) where I am at my grandparents old house which looks similar in location but nothing at all like it, last night we were with friends, randomly 2 friends who I know from different times but apparently they know each other. We all cycled to my grandparents house (couldnt work out if I lived there or not) after been shopping in town and I had a bag full of clothes to try on which we did over a few glasses of wine. We looked outside at one point and the bikes had been stolen with no way of people getting home we called the police who told us not to leave or let anyone in as they feared a risk to our lives if they found us.
Similar location dreams have all included the fear of 'someone' attacking the house/us. Very bizarre.
