The hill on the way back (up the side of the castle) floored me where normally we charge up it on the e-bikes. Now waiting for my first physio appointment - it's just a call today but it's a start

We intended to come down to Sidmouth yesterday afternoon but, I kid you not, I decided I wanted to clear the ironing mountain at home so we came this morning instead. Which is a bit annoying because now my swimmy friends are showing me gorgeous photos of a sunrise dip this morning. Fingers crossed the weather and sea conditions are as good tomorrow morning.
