A difficult afternoon, Mr Whiskers (the cat) came home injured from fighting. Managed to get him to the vets, he's got some nasty face wounds, he's got antibiotics, a cone of shame and is having some more treatment on Monday. He's very tired and very confused, but he did sit with us on the sofa all evening which never happens.

Hopefully he'll sleep well, the catflap and windows are shut, as he needs to stay in for a week.

We've got a 10K in the morning so I'm off to sleep now. Night gonks.

That sounds very stressful Som. I don’t miss that from outdoor cats. Ours are both indoors. A better night - just one vomit! I’ll hopefully get some weight training in today.

Poor Mr Whiskers. Hope he recovers quickly and learns the lesson - 'Walk away, he's not werf it' when it comes to a fight!

Apprehensive about this morning's race. :-(
