We're off to Long Eaton parkrun, a nice flat course just over half an hour away. Got both girls here, I cooked tea last night and no casualties.

Looking at my memories on FB - 5 years ago I met LD in a service station 😂😉 and the MrsJ kindly slowed down her run to keep me company at parkrun. I do love Fetch


I guess that was the Braunstone Park parkrun meet up - was that really five years ago😯

Five years!! It's absolutely true that time speeds up as you get older :-( I hope it's not another 5 years before we meet up again LG.

I nearly forgot I'm volunteering at parkrun this morning so I'll be cycling over there shortly. Thank goodness for the reminder email :-0

My knee is already complaining thinking about it so I suspect I will be spectating more than participating. Have strict instructions from PT not to do anything that invites hanging as my neck isn't up to it! What a sorry state 😂😂
